Using AlertPay

Setting up an AlertPay account:

1. Go to http://alertpay.com/
2. At the top of the page, just right of the center, click "Sign Up."
3. Carefully fill out the entire form. They are picky, so do it right.
4. Follow instructions for the password selection carefully. They want at least 6 characters, and a mix of letters and numbers. Also, they don't mention it on the page, but they require at least one capitalized letter, and they emphasize the password is case sensitive every time you log in.
5. Write you password down in a secure place.
6. Choose your security questions and answers. These are important so make sure u save them in a secure place.
7. Type in the Word Verification code
8. Agree to their terms and conditions
9. Click Register
10. Confirm information and click "Continue Registration."
11. You will be sent an email to validate your registration.
12. Click on the validation link, and you will be asked to enter your password for verification.
13. Click the link for the login page.
14. Log in
15. You will be taken to an account validation page.
16. Select you type of account, probably a personal account.
17. Choose the type of currency you use.
18. You must now create a Transaction Password. This is the password you will need to actually make purchases. Do not lose this password; they require you to send in copies of your driver's license and other ID to replace it! Save this password in a safe place! The password must be different from your login password. The other rules are the same, at least 6 characters, both letters and numbers, and at least one capital letter.
19. Your account is now set up!

(Be sure and record both your transaction password and your primary password when you set up your account with AlertPay.)



Funding your AlertPay Account:

1. Log in to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on the link to add funds at the top of the page.
3. To get started as soon as possible, you might choose to send a money order. It still takes over two weeks for the money to credit (you have to mail it to Canada), but you can then at least use the account for subscriptions while you go through the process of verifying a bank account for transfers.
4. Select the country where your account is located.
5. Click "Next"
6. Fill out the details on the form.
7. Click "Next"
8. Finish all the forms
9. They will deposit two very small deposits into your account. You will have to wait until you see how much those deposits are, log in to AlertPay, and verify your bank account.
10. After the account is verified you just need to transfer the funds. Follow the instructions; you have to click several verifications to do it.
11. After you finish you have to wait for them to "clear" your deposit.


Making a Purchase from our site:

1. Go to the website and click "join/signup."
2. Click on the "AlertPay" button
3. You will be asked for your AlertPay login information.
4. You will be taken to a page for you to enter your Transaction Password.
5. After you enter the correct password you will be returned to our website.
6. Wait for the email from us (within 8 hours) with your Username and Password.
7. Enjoy!
